PBT classes have returned to Wellesley Studios.
These will then run every Saturday 10:45 - 11:15 am.
Review the link below for the equipment requirements.
I am able to provide bands for use in the studio.
I also have some fusion and fit balls for use, please contact me if you would like to use these for a session.

I will teach the entrance of the Wilis. This is a beautiful section where Myrtha draws the Wilis into the clearing for the evening, it has precise movements in unison.
This is the section that is done with the veils.
It is low intensity with no jumps, but lots of beautiful detail.
It is suitable for a mix of levels to attend, the session can be taken in flat ballet shoes, or pointe shoes for dancers strong on pointe.
If time allows, I will also cover the flat-footed hop section.

Was created with a group of 10 dancers, and presented at Wellesley Studio's Friday Features Series 10 - Nov 2023,
then again as a guest item a the Rhythm N Steps 2023 showcase.
This was a 5 minute piece that allowed the dancers to explore classical line, soft arm movements, working as a group and portraying changes in emotion.
